Common Questions

How Do Telehealth Visits Work?

Telehealth visits are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video link. You will receive a link through email or text prior to your appointment. Simply click the link on your computer, tablet, or smartphone to connect directly with your provider from the comfort of your home.

Do You Accept Insurance?

No insurance is accepted for visits. Patients are self-pay for all telehealth services; however, you may choose to use your insurance at the pharmacy for your medications when allowed by your plan, however no prior authorizations will be completed.

  • Urgent Care Consultations (for cold, flu, nausea, or UTIs)

Can You Prescribe Medications?

Where Must I Be Located for a Visit?

To comply with medical laws, you must be in a state where your provider is licensed during the consultation. We serve Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. Prescriptions are only sent to pharmacies within these specific states.

What Ages Do You See?

For general medical and urgent care, we serve patients of all ages, from children to adults. However, our weight loss program requires patients to be at least 18.

What Should I Do in the Event of a Medical Emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Telehealth visits are for non-emergency consultations only and should never be used if you require urgent physical crisis intervention.
